Key Requirements:

• Valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (if you have AZ you will qualify for DZ)

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working long hours in physically demanding conditions, in all weather (rain, snow, heat)

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to Miller Waste Systems’ health and safety protocols

• Physically fit and capable of high physical exertion and repetitive lifting (e.g., manually loading up to 600 bins/day and completing up to 800–900 residential stops/day)
